After putting the beloved British ska revivialists' studio albums back into print, Rhino next takes The Beat's complete BBC recordings - most for John Peel, some for Mike Read and David "Kid" Jensen - and compiles them into one set for the first time. (Some tracks had been released on a box set by Shout! Factory, others as bonus tracks on Edsel reissues.) Includes versions of favorites like "Mirror in the Bathroom," "Tears of a Clown," "Hands Off... She's Mine," "Twist & Crawl," "Ranking Full Stop," "Too Nice to Talk To" and "Save It for Later." This title will also be available as a limited vinyl set on Record Store Day Black Friday (the same day as this CD release).
