James Bond has been a suave secret agent on screen for 60 years - so an official musical companion getting delayed several years is nothing, right?
Bond 25, an orchestral survey of the pop themes that have accompanied every picture based on Ian Fleming's Agent 007, is finally heading to stores this Friday, September 23, after a delay just slightly longer than the release of the most recent Bond film, 2021's No Time to Die, the fifth and final outing for Daniel Craig in the lead role. (Originally planned for a 2019 release when it was slated to be directed by Danny Boyle, the Cary Joji Fukunaga-helmed project was among the first major films impacted by the spread of COVID-19 in March 2020. It finally saw release in the fall of 2021.)
While the Bond 25 album, featuring arrangements performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (including Billie Eilish's Oscar-winning "No Time to Die"), did not come out alongside the No Time to Die soundtrack, its release is well-timed not only to the 60th anniversary of the franchise, but the impending release of The Sound of 007, a documentary that will dive into the history of the franchise's musical themes. (It's due to release on AppleTV+ in October.) For fans looking to go a little deeper than the latest iteration of The Best of Bond...James Bond, this might be your ticket.

Please explain, "For fans looking to go a little deeper than the latest iteration of The Best of Bond...James Bond, this might be your ticket."
This "Bond 25", is just orchestral - not original singers like "The Best of Bond..."? If yes, then what's "the deeper"?
