In tandem with Enjoying the Ride, a comprehensive 450-track set (nearly entirely unreleased, though a full track list has not been made available) limited to 6,000 individually numbered copies and available May 30 exclusively from Dead.net, is this much slimmer live collection which also celebrates 60 years of Grateful Dead.  The Music Never Stopped, on 3 CDs or 6 LPs, arrives a bit earlier, on May 9.  It includes 27 live tracks spanning 1969-1994 and representing every one of the venues in the bigger box. Both sets have been sourced from recordings by Owsley "Bear" Stanley, Betty Cantor-Jackson, Kidd Candelario, Dan Healy, and John Cutler, and have been remastered by David Glasser and Jeffrey Norman, using the Plangent Process to restore select sets' tapes.
