The Complete Trio Collection
This 3-CD release brings together newly remastered versions of both exquisite original albums by the Trio of Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt (from 1987 and 1999) plus a disc of 20 rare and previously unreleased recordings. On the same date, Rhino will also issue the single “highlights” CD My Dear Companion: Selections from The Trio Collection as well as Farther Along, a 2-LP vinyl presentation of all the bonus material from the complete edition. In addition, Trio II will be released on vinyl for the first time. Whew!
