Well, today is Cyber Monday, which means one thing at Second Disc HQ: it's time to launch our annual Holiday Gift Guide, featuring (more than) a few of our favorite things for the music enthusiast in your life.  Sure, we might not have included raindrops on roses or whiskers on kittens, but we've filled the guide with over 50 essential selections: sprawling box sets and deluxe vinyl editions, as well as noteworthy releases on CD from favorite artists that just might make great stocking stuffers.  So just click here or visit the handy red tab, above, to access this year's picks, reflecting the diversity of music released this year in genres including rock, pop, soul, country, jazz, standards, Christmas music, and more!  Naturally, we're particularly proud of our series of comprehensive box sets released in conjunction with SoulMusic Records and Cherry Red celebrating The Sound of Philadelphia - look for these titles from Blue Magic, The Salsoul Orchestra, The Spinners, Loleatta Holloway, First Choice, and Double Exposure!  We're equally thrilled about our collaborative releases with Real Gone Music; you'll find a classic disco offering from Two Tons o' Fun (a.k.a. The Weather Girls) and a vintage Christmas album from The Mormon Tabernacle Choir among those titles.
