Twenty years ago, Icelandic band Sigur Ros released Ágætis Byrjun (meaning "A Good Beginning").  And so it proved to be, as critics everywhere praised the album.  Q Magazine even went as far as to deem it "the last great album of the 20th century."  Now, the band revisits the album with a deluxe edition that brings together a remastered version of the album, demos, newly unearthed alternative versions, B-sides, and even a full, 95-minute concert in Reykjavik from the day the album was released.

The reissue arrives in many configurations:  4-CD (original album, live material, demos, and alternates), 2-LP (original album plus outtakes and demos), and a web-store exclusive 7-LP edition housed in a hardback book that replicated the 4-CD program.​
