Quite a Leap of “Faith”

This morning we come closer to unraveling the mysteries of Legacy’s upcoming reissues of George Michael’s Faith. The Limited Collector’s Box Set edition was made available to order today, and if you like George a lot, this might be the set for you.

The set includes:

  • The original album, remastered
  • A CD of remixes and B-sides
  • A DVD featuring a vintage Channel 4 special, George Michael and Jonathan Ross Have Words, the original EPK entitled Music Money Love Faith and seven promo videos
  • A 60-page hardcover book containing a new interview with George plus rare photos
  • The original album on vinyl
  • Various memorabilia replicas
  • A hard-bound case to keep it all in

Exciting (and limited) stuff – but even this fan has to hold off. What’s on that bonus CD of remixes and B-sides? Will it be included away from the box set? (Everything we’ve read so far indicates that the standard deluxe edition only has the original album and a DVD.) Ah, the continued frustrations of catalogue enthusiasts.

    I can guess the remixes will be all the singles from the project including the Jam & Lewis mix of Monkey.

    But that box is a bit steep I can do with out the dvd
