Spying Through a Keyhole: Demos and Unreleased Songs is the new box set with four seven-inch vinyl singles of some of Bowie's earliest material. It will feature nine rare, monaural recordings, including mostly solo vocal-and-guitar versions of familiar songs ("Space Oddity" in its earliest known version, "London Bye Ta Ta," "In The Heat Of The Morning") as well as the heretofore-unknown "Love All Around," a lyric of which gives the set its title. Todd Rundgren & Utopia, Live at the Chicago Theatre [Various Formats] (Cleopatra)
2-CD/DVD/Blu-ray: Amazon U.S. / Amazon U.K. / Amazon Canada
Limited-Edition Green Vinyl: Cleopatra Records
Last year, rock's wizard/true star Todd Rundgren reunited prog rockers turned power-pop legends Utopia, joining up with Kasim Sulton, Willie Wilcox, along with featured performer Gil Assayas. It had been 32 years since the band's last performance, save a brief reunion in 1992. Utopia trekked across the U.S. in the spring and summer and now one stop on the tour will be released as a 2-CD/DVD/Blu-ray set, as well as a limited-edition, two-disc green vinyl set. Live at the Chicago Theatre documents the band's May 22, 2018 performance in full, with 24 songs including "Love in Action," "Love Is the Answer," and "The Ikon" spanning over two hours of audio and video. The 2-LP set, meanwhile, includes the first 11 tracks of the concert and the slabs of green vinyl are packaged in a newly designed gatefold sleeve. Read all about it here!

Love Unlimited, From a Girl's Point of View We Give To You...Love Unlimited : Amazon U.S. / Amazon U.K. / Amazon Canada
Love Unlimited, In Heat : Amazon U.S. / Amazon U.K. / Amazon Canada
UMe's Barry White reissue campaign continues with The Love Unlimited Orchestra's first seven albums collected as The 20th Century Records Albums (1973-1979) . White's sumptuous arrangements for the orchestra were readily apparent on his own solo smashes, but it was with the Love Unlimited Orchestra that he earned his first pop success, when the swirling "Love's Theme" (like all the Orchestra's output, an instrumental) topped the Billboard Hot 100 in February 1974. With the last four albums in the box making their CD debuts, this set is a must-own for fans - and vinyl lovers can get into the fun, too, with new LP editions of three Love Unlimited Orchestra albums (Rhapsody In White, White Gold and My Sweet Summer Suite) as well as two new pressings of the Love Unlimited vocal albums From a Girl's Point Of View We Give To You...Love Unlimited (1972) and In Heat (1974). All vinyl titles were cut at Abbey Road Studios and will be available on 180-gram vinyl the same day as the new CD box.

Various Artists, The Jonathan Larson Project (Ghostlight) [Digital] (Amazon U.S. / Amazon U.K.)
January 25, 1996 should have been a triumphant day for 35-year old Jonathan Larson; that evening, his musical Rent (for which he provided book, music, and lyrics) was to begin previews off-Broadway with a cast including Daphne Rubin-Vega, Idina Menzel, Adam Pascal, Taye Diggs, Jesse L. Martin, and Anthony Rapp. Tragically, Larson died that morning of an aortic dissection, and Rent went on to become one of the most important pieces in the musical theatre canon. Since then, Larson's tragically-curtailed oeuvre has been mined for projects including the musical Tick...Tick...Boom! which he had begun as a solo show, and now, The Jonathan Larson Project. The brainchild of producer Jennifer Ashley Tepper (Be More Chill), TJLP has enlisted a cast of bright, young Broadway stars including George Salazar, Andy Mientus, Nick Blaemire, Lauren Marcus, and Krysta Rodriguez, as well as a five-piece band, to preserve, perform, and record a host of never-before-heard Larson compositions. Based on the concerts performed in New York City in late 2018, the album features 17 tracks including a demo performed by Larson himself. These encompass theatre songs, pop tunes, cut songs from Rent and Tick...Tick...Boom! and ephemera, all shedding light on a talent lost too soon- a labor of love with a host of memorable, melodic music with appeal to pop and musical theatre fans alike. The digital release is available today; the CD will be in stores on June 14.
