Deep Purple's 1972 album Machine Head remains the venerable hard rock band's most commercially successful album. The third LP from the Mk. II lineup of Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Jon Lord, and Ian Paice introduced one of rock's most famous riffs with "Smoke on the Water," and influenced a generation of rock and metal musicians. Rhino revisits Machine Head as a 3CD/1LP/1Blu-ray Super Deluxe Edition with various versions of the album plus bonus material:

Omnivore reissues the soaring debut of Eurodisco/Munich Sound group Silver Convention ("Fly, Robin, Fly," "Save Me') in an expanded edition on CD and digital platforms. This first-time U.S. reissue adds five bonus tracks: extended 12-inch versions of "Fly, Robin Fly," "Tiger Baby," and "Always Another Girl;" the Special Disco Edit of "I Like It;" and B-side "Save Me Again." The album has been newly restored and remastered by Michael Graves, while the 12-page booklet included in the digipak features the alternative U.S. cover artwork as well as new liner notes by TSD's own Joe Marchese. Nico's 1968 John Cale-produced album The Marble Index has been remastered from the original tapes and reissued on both CD and LP by Domino. This edition adds the two bonus tracks, "Roses in the Snow" and "Nibelungen," which first appeared on Elektra's own 1991 CD reissue.

Blackbird: The Colpix Recordings (1959-1963) presents 107 tracks on 8 CDs, for a total of 8 full albums in expanded editions with 33 bonus tracks. Nick Robbins has remastered, Tony Hodsoll has designed, and liner notes are provided by SoulMusic founder David Nathan, Simone's archivist Aaron Overfield, and Nina Simone's Absurde librettist Nia Hill. Cleopatra reissues Utopia's 1982 album featuring "Feets Don't Fail Me Now," "Neck on Up," and "I'm Looking Through You (But I'm Talking to Myself)" in what's being billed as a limied edition CD reissue. The CD has 15 tracks including the contents of the album's original bonus EP.

This 6CD, 66-track collection brings together a collection of Michael Schenker material, originally recorded between 1979 and 1983, and newly remastered. This set includes the studio albums Michael Schenker Group, MSG, Assault Attack, Built to Destroy (in both the U.K. and U.S. versions) as well as Demos & Alternative Versions featuring the entire 1979 demo tape, rare monitor mixes, single versions, early studio takes, and more. A 52-page booklet includes interviews with Schenker, Gary Barden, and Graham Bonnet, and liner notes by Jerry Ewing. It's all housed in a two-piece slipcase box with original album art reproduced as mini-LP sleeves with protective inner sleeves.

Gentle Giant's 1977 studio album The Missing Piece - their ninth overall and final to chart in the U.S. - returns in a new edition from producer Steven Wilson who has remixed the album in Dolby Atmos, stereo, and 5.1 surround for this CD/Blu-ray set. An instrumental mix, the original 1977 mix, and music videos are also included in this package.
