Steve Miller Band Live! Breaking Ground: August 3, 1977, a previously unreleased seventeen-song set, arrives on CD, double vinyl, and digital formats.  The accompanying video of the full performance will stream on Amazon Prime Video's The Coda Collection, a channel dedicated to music documentaries and concert films.  The show was recorded at Landover, Maryland's Capital Centre (built in 1973, demolished in 2002) on multi-track tape and newly mixed and mastered for this release by Miller and his longtime collaborator, engineer Kent Hertz.  It features SMB staples such as "The Joker," "Fly Like An Eagle," "Jet Airliner," "Take the Money and Run," and "Space Cowboy."  Read more here.

This 2-CD set excerpts the Dead's concerts from June 16, 1974 (Des Moines' State Fairgrounds) and June 18, 1974 (Louisville's Freedom Hall).  Both shows are presented here as they showcased Owsley "Bear" Stanley's massive 641-speaker "Wall of Sound" system, allowing the Dead to stretch out musically in even more subtly powerful directions.  Real Gone's release marks this title's debut at general retail.
