Today, Pink Floyd announced the release of a standalone edition of their recently-remixed 1988 concert album and film, Delicate Sound of Thunder. Due on November 20, the film documents the David Gilmour-led lineup of Pink Floyd performing in support of A Momentary Lapse of Reason at Nassau Coliseum on Long Island. The restoration team sourced their work from over 100 cans of original 35mm film negatives, which were transferred to 4K and newly re-edited by Barry Trickett under the direction of longtime Pink Floyd creative partner Aubrey Powell.
